QuickGix Refund Policy

At QuickGix, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services they receive. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting a refund.
1. Scope of Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through the QuickGix platform, including services booked via our mobile application and website. It covers refunds for services that were not delivered as expected, cancellations, and any discrepancies between the service description and the service provided.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Service Not Delivered:
- If a service provider fails to deliver the booked service, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2.2 Service Not as Described:
- If the service provided significantly differs from the description on QuickGix, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
2.3 Cancellation by Service Provider:
- If a service provider cancels the booking, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2.4 Customer Cancellation:
- Within 24 Hours of Booking: Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the reservation for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours but Before Service Delivery: Customers may cancel their booking after 24 hours but before the scheduled service delivery. A cancellation fee of [insert percentage]% of the service fee may apply.
- Same-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service, no refund will be provided unless otherwise specified by the service provider's policy.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, customers must contact QuickGix customer support through the app, website, or via email at support@quickgix.com within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
3.2 Providing Evidence:
- Customers may be required to provide evidence supporting their refund request, such as photos, descriptions of the issue, or any relevant communication with the service provider.
3.3 Review and Decision:
- QuickGix will review the refund request and make a decision within 7 business days. The decision will be communicated to the customer via email or through the app.
3.4 Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for customers who change their mind about the service after it has been delivered.
- Minor Issues: Refunds will not be provided for minor issues or inconveniences that do not significantly affect the quality of the service.
- Violations: Refunds will not be granted if the customer violates QuickGix's terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a customer is not satisfied with the outcome of their refund request, they may escalate the matter to QuickGix's dispute resolution team by contacting disputes@quickgix.com. The team will review the case and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
QuickGix reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and app. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
